What a dump is
Real exam content shared outside the exam. Microsoft defines it:
A brain dump is a source, such as a website, that contains exam questions or assessment lab content that has been fraudulently obtained with the intention to share it with or sell it to other candidates.
Our policy
- We write every question from public docs, and its footnotes show which ones.
- We never ask for, accept or publish questions remembered from a real exam.
- An item reported as a real exam question is suspended while we check.
- Using dumps can cost you your certification.
What the vendors say
AWS
From the AWS Certification Program Agreement.
AWS forbids candidates to possess, access or use leaked exam content.
possess, access, or use unauthorized materials including Unauthorized Content Disclosures of any Certification Exam or Credential Assessment Materials
If AWS or the exam provider finds that a candidate broke the agreement, either one may end the exam session or cancel the exam results.
AWS or the Certification Exam Provider may take action including, but not limited to, terminating your Exam Session, cancelling the results of any Certification Exam
Those actions can also include ending the candidate's rights under the agreement and barring them from the program.

Microsoft
From Microsoft’s exam security policies.
Microsoft treats preparing with brain dump material as cheating.
Because the exam or assessment lab content was fraudulently obtained, using this type of material to prepare for or during an exam or assessment lab constitutes cheating.
Microsoft forbids sharing remembered exam content, even in part.
This prohibition includes discussion, distribution, or online posting of remembered assessment topics or solutions, in whole or in part.
For misconduct that harms the program's security and integrity, a candidate may have their credentials and scores revoked.
